Automatic detector and detection method for heat sink welding pin mixed assembly

The invention discloses a radiator welding pin mixed loading automatic detector and a detection method thereof. The radiator welding pin mixed loading automatic detector comprises a shell; a piece accommodating device is arranged in an installation opening of the shell; the bottom of the piece accommodating device is connected with supporting springs; a detection channel communicated with a piece out of the piece accommodating device is arranged below the piece accommodating device; the detection channel comprises an upper guide channel and a lower detection channel; a collecting box is correspondingly arranged below the lower detection channel; a vibrator arranged in the shell is connected with the piece accommodating device; the periphery of the lower detection channel is provided with photoelectric detectors; the photoelectric detectors are connected with a counter; and the vibrator and the counter are electrically connected with a control unit respectively. The detection method includes the following steps that: the whole machine is electrified; detection time and quantity are set; the vibrator is started up; welding pins are arranged in the detection channel; the photoelectric detectors detect the welding pins; and the control unit performs computation analysis and displays the numerical values of the quantity and time.
