The invention provides a
blood pressure monitoring method and device for a target user,
electronic equipment, a medium and a product, and relates to the technical field of
blood pressure monitoring. The method comprises the steps that a photoplethysmography
signal set of the target user is obtained based on at least two photoplethysmography sensors; the photoplethysmography
signal set comprises photoplethysmography signals correspondingly acquired by every two photoplethysmography sensors; determining a waveform feature
point set according to each photoplethysmography
signal in the photoplethysmography signal set; determining the
pulse wave velocity of the target user according to the waveform feature
point set; acquiring static physiological parameters of the target user; determining a
blood pressure monitoring result of the target user according to the
pulse wave speed and the static physiological parameters. According to the technical scheme, the
pulse wave speed is determined through the at least two photoplethysmography sensors, the
blood pressure monitoring result is determined based on the pulse
wave speed and the static physiological parameters, and non-invasive,
cuff-free and electrocardiogram-
free blood pressure
dynamic monitoring is achieved.
