impact testbed comprises atestbed body for fixing test pieces, a drop hammer
assembly, an angle adjusting mechanism and a temperature adjusting mechanism, wherein the
testbed body comprises a lift hammer horizontal beam, a
limiter, an impact bottom plate, a hydraulic oil
trimmer pressure adjustable air cylinder
damper, a plurality of various detachable impact hole test piece clamp plates and a vertical rod; the drop hammerassembly comprises a
pulley, a drop hammer steel beam, a direct-current sucker type
electromagnet, a balance weight block and a drop hammer; the angle adjusting mechanism comprises a vertical bearingpolish rod seat and a planar
corner angle scale; the temperature adjusting mechanism comprises two digital-display temperature-control
electric heating plate, a
handle, a cover plate and a digital-display controller. By means of the structure, the drop hammer type low-speed impact testbed disclosed by the invention can well simulate impact tests of composite materials at different angles and different temperatures. Mechanical properties of materials of the test pieces are analyzed, so that flexibility and universality of drop hammer impact tests are greatly improved.
