The invention discloses a
crank eccentricity adjustable and secondary weft pulling and inserting device driven by a
servo motor, and belongs to the technical field of
textile machinery. In order to solve the problems that an existing weft
insertion mechanism is fixed in weft
insertion stroke and lacks secondary weft pulling correction capacity, the weft
insertion mechanism comprises a fixing support (1), a
servo motor (5), a
crank body (6), a connecting rod (sector gear) (4), a reduction gear set (3) and a rapier driving shaft (2). And the
crank main body (6) realizes stepless adjustment of crank eccentricity through an eccentric adjusting mechanism formed by an adjusting block (7), a locking nut (8) and an adjusting bolt (9), so that the main wefting insertion
stroke of the rapier is adjusted. And the
servo motor (5) drives the crank main body (6) and performs secondary micro-motion after the main weft
insertion action is finished through
programming control, so that secondary weft pulling correction of weft yarns is realized. The weft insertion
stroke is flexibly and steplessly adjustable, meanwhile, the precise secondary weft
pulling action is achieved through the
servo control capacity, weft looseness is effectively eliminated, the straightness of weft at a cloth fell is improved, and the fabric quality and the high-speed stability of a weaving
machine are remarkably improved.
