According to the diverter valve, communication during production of an underground development pipe column is guaranteed, well fluid in an oil pipe flows into an annular space of an oil sleeve through the bypass hole when a well is shut down, forward well washing is achieved through the bypass hole when measures are taken, and meanwhile the well fluid or well washing fluid can be prevented from flowing through underground oil extraction equipment when the oil extraction equipment is shut down or the well is washed.
