The invention discloses a multifunctional composite
pipe silencer which comprises an exhaust
barrel body, an expansion pressure-reduction device, a temperature-reducing energy-absorbing device, a
frequency modulation and sound absorption device, a low-
frequency sound elimination device, a high-
frequency sound elimination device and a
sound baffle device. The expansion pressure-reduction device, the temperature-reducing energy-absorbing device, the
frequency modulation and sound absorption device, the low-
frequency sound elimination device, the high-frequency sound elimination device and the
sound baffle device are located in the cavity of the exhaust
barrel body. A plurality of air through holes are formed in the
peripheral face of the expansion pressure-reduction device. The temperature-reducing energy-absorbing device comprises a cooling liquid circulating chamber with a ventilation cavity and a cooling liquid coil arranged in the ventilation cavity, wherein the cooling liquid coil is filled with cooling liquid. The
frequency modulation and sound absorption device comprises a plurality of air guide barrels, wherein air guide holes are distributed in the
peripheral faces of the air guide barrels. The low-frequency sound elimination device comprises a plurality of single low-frequency sound elimination bodies. The high-frequency sound elimination device comprises a plurality of single high-frequency sound elimination bodies located among the adjacent single low-frequency sound elimination bodies, wherein the cross sections of the single high-frequency sound elimination bodies are V-shaped. The
sound baffle device comprises a plurality of single sound baffle bodies located between two adjacent single high-frequency sound elimination bodies, wherein sound absorption
layers are arranged in the sound baffle bodies. The multifunctional composite
pipe silencer can reduce hot air flows and
noise pollution of a fan or a
chimney pipeline during exhausting.
