The invention discloses a lampblack monitoring self-adaptive front-end gas inlet system which comprises a gas chamber, a first temperature and humidity sensor, a second temperature and humidity sensor, a driving circuit, a single chip microcomputer, a gas pump, a gas drying device, a gas heating and cooling device, a metal filter screen and an alarm. The air chamber is of a central symmetry structure; the air pump comprises an air inlet pump arranged between the air inlet and the first temperature and humidity sensor and an air outlet pump arranged between the second temperature and humidity sensor and the air outlet; the metal filter screen is fixed on the inner wall of the gas chamber, the gas drying device is arranged in the gas chamber, and the gas heating and cooling device, the single-chip microcomputer, the alarm and the driving circuit are arranged on the periphery of the gas chamber. According to the invention, self-adaptive dehumidification, heating or cooling of oil smoke is realized through a PID control algorithm, and severe interference of temperature and humidity on a subsequent test result of the oil smoke detection probe is avoided. Error of the system can be known through alarm of the alarm, and loss of a restaurant caused by abnormal test results is reduced.
