A core structure of the safe, arm and fire unit is processed to be a SAF integral chip structure by MEMS-CMOS machining process and through design for the safe, arm and fire principal; the integral micromodule can be largely reduced in size while the traditional safe, arm and fire function are simultaneously implemented through design for the electrical connection style of the SAF integral chip, design for primary explosive sequence of the SAF integral chip, priming composition, primary explosives and a flyer; the integral thickness without battery of the micromodule is less than 1cm, size is less than 1 cm<3>; the micromodule can implement a plurality of functions as timed igniting, impact initiation and self-failure etc.
