A skin dressing comprises a first dressing component (16) carrying oxidoreductase enzyme in dried condition; and a second dressing component (18) carrying a source of water, such that when the first and second dressing components are placed in fluid communication with each other, water migrates from the second component towards the first comportent and acts to hydrate enzyme carried by the first component, at least at the surface of the first component. The dressing components are kept separate before use, e.g. being sealed in separate sterile, water-impervious packages such as laminated aluminium foil pouches. In use of the dressing, the second dressing component is located on the skin of a human or animal, e.g. over a wound to be treated or on a region of skin to be treated for cosmetic or therapeutic purposes such as for treatment of acne or other skin conditions. The first dressing component is placed on top of the second component in fluid communication therewith. In embodiments comprising only first and second dressing components, the first dressing component is placed in direct contact with the second dressing component. Water from the second component migrates towards the first comportent and acts to hydrate enzyme carried by the first component, at least at points of contact at the interface between the first and second components. Once hydrated, the oxidoreductase enzyme can immediately begin functioning in known manner with beneficial effects.

The method comprises the steps of: setting flow and each-stage electric power; dividing a water body heating curve of a pipeline heater into a quickly-heated linear region and a slowly-heated nonlinear region; leading the pipeline heater to work in the controllable nonlinear region and keep away from the linear region by a master control board; heating up the water which is fed into the pipeline heater; obtaining the water with a target water temperature from a water outlet; installing an outlet water temperature sensor at the water outlet; computing, tracking and compensating the water temperature decrease caused by the characteristic drift and the air injection since the pipeline heater works for a long time by the master control board; automatically adjusting the electric power by a heating body sensor according to the heating curve when the water is heated up; and precisely controllingthe water temperature at the water outlet at + / -2 DEG C. After the tea making water is prepared by the method and the device, and the phenomena that the temperature rise is too fast, the water is highly burnt, and the water cluster is broken caused by the hysteretic response speed of the heating body sensor are thoroughly eradicated, so that the water can be used for making the tea which is mellow, fragrant, sweet and good in aroma and taste, and therefore, the device is a substitute for upgrading and updating the existing water dispenser.

The system comprises the following components: a landfill layer, a leachate collecting and discharge guiding layer which is arranged at the bottom of the landfill, a leachate collecting well which communicates with leachate collecting and discharge guiding layer, a semi-aerobic landfill gas guiding unit which is arranged in the landfill, a leachate recharging layer which is arranged on the landfill layer, and a leachate circulation pipeline for communicating the leachate recharging layer and the leachate collecting well; the landfill layer is prepared by mixed landfill of raw house refuse and incinerator slags of house refuse. Compared with the prior art, the system has the advantages of integral simple structure, construction convenience, low construction cost, and energy saving and environmental protection; the traditional semi-aerobic landfill technology of raw house refuse is improved, and a semi-aerobic stabilizing process during mixed landfill of raw house refuse and incinerator slags of house refuse is reinforced; and the system has a wide usage range and a good application prospect.
