air filter, an induced device, a first-level surface
refrigerant cooler, a turning wheel dehumidifier, a first-level cryogenic
refrigerant cooler, a second-level cryogenic
refrigerant cooler and a box body. An end part of the box body is provided with a gas inlet, a
tail part of the box body is provided with a gas outlet, the inside of the box body is orderly provided with the initial effect
air filter, the induced device, the first-level surface refrigerant cooler, the turning wheel dehumidifier, the first-level cryogenic refrigerant cooler and the second-level cryogenic refrigerant cooler from the end part to the
tail part; and the initial effect
air filter, the induced device, the first-level surface refrigerant cooler, the turning wheel dehumidifier, the first-level cryogenic refrigerant cooler and the second-level cryogenic refrigerant cooler are orderly connected in series through an air
flue. The turning wheel dehumidifier of the device consists of a turning wheel and an air regeneration device; and the device can continuously prepare dry air with absolute
water content 0.0003g / kg and the
dew point between 80 and 90 DEG C below zero.
