The invention discloses a preparation method of chlorine dioxide disinfection sustained-release gel, and belongs to the field of disinfection and sterilization and air purification. The preparation method of the chlorine dioxide disinfection sustained-release gel comprises the steps of preparing a gel prepolymer, adding gamma-glycidyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxy silane, tetraethoxysilane and sodiumdodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate into a reaction kettle, stirring, adding a sulfuric acid solution into the reaction kettle, continuing stirring until hydrolysis, adding water, and uniformly stirring, carrying out reduced pressure distillation, and cooling to room temperature to prepare a gel prepolymer; preparing a sodium chlorite aqueous solution; and canning the gel prepolymer and a sodium chlorite aqueous solution according to a ratio of 1: 1, sealing, and standing to obtain the chlorine dioxide disinfection sustained-release gel. The gel prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is permanently non-liquefied and non-diluted, can keep a good gel state, and can have a shelf life of more than one year under a sealed lightproof room-temperature condition, and the storage loss ofchlorine dioxide is lower than 10%.
