The invention discloses a
lightning arrester device for monitoring whether a fault occurs or not in real time. The
lightning arrester device mainly comprises a
lightning arrester, a detection device and a
communication device. When the outer porcelain sleeve of the
lightning arrester is polluted and is influenced by rainwater and
moisture in the long-term operation process, potential imbalance andconductivity change occur in the operation process, so that the total leakage current flowing through the
lightning arrester is suddenly changed, and the resistive current component of the lightningarrester is suddenly increased; when a
zinc oxide valve plate is affected with damp, the resistive fundamental current flowing through the
lightning arrester is greatly increased, but the increase ofmultiple
harmonic components of the
zinc oxide valve plate is not very obvious; when the
zinc oxide is in an aging state, the resistive multiple
harmonic current of the zinc oxide valve plate can be obviously increased, and relatively, the increase of the resistive fundamental current of the zinc oxide valve plate is not very obvious. Therefore, whether the lightning arrester breaks down or not can be judged by monitoring the
total current, the resistive current, the resistive fundamental current and the multiple
harmonic current flowing through the zinc oxide valve plate.
