An optoelectronic hybrid printed circuit board provided with an inter-chip optical interconnection direct-coupling structure belongs to the photoelectron and optical communication field and aims at realizing non-lens direct optical coupling, simple-structure coupling and an optical receiving-emitting module to be pluggable for the inter-chip optical interconnection. For the invention, a laser device on the surface of a vertical cavity and a PIN optical receiver are respectively coupled in an optical manner with an optical waveguide layer of an embedded printed circuit through an optical coupling adapter formed by a lower locating plate, an optical fiber array and an upper cover plate. The optical fiber array is embedded into a parallel rectangle trough of the lower locating plate and is covered by the upper cover plate and is solidified by a UV glue; one end of the upper cover plate, one end of the lower locating plate and the optical fiber array are polished into optical planes and the other ends of the lower locating plate and the optical fiber array are all polished into 45-degree end faces. The invention just needs less optical elements and the non-lens direct optical coupling, the simple-structure coupling and the pluggable optical receiving-emitting module are all realized; the invention can be applied to the broadband, high-speed and high-capacity information communication networks and the high-capability computer process-transmission systems.

The invention relates to an all solid state micro-opto-electro-mechanical gyro based on an annular cavity. The gyro comprises a vertical cavity surface transmitting laser, a resonant cavity strengthening type detector, an input raster, an output raster, an annular resonant cavity, an input and output optical waveguide, and a light dividing isolator, wherein the vertical cavity surface transmitting laser is integrated on a top silicon layer of SOI material and is formed by using a bonding technology of the silicon base chip and the III-V compound semiconductor base chip; and the resonant cavity strengthening type detector is integrated on an upper silicon layer of SOI material, and bonded into an active area of detecting matters of In, Ga, As and the like by applying the bonding technology. The all solid state micro-opto-electro-mechanical gyro is characterized in that the annular resonant cavity is in a circle shape; the input raster is integrated with the output raster through the light dividing isolator, the input and output optical waveguide and the annular resonant cavity. The invention is mainly applied to measuring the angular velocity of the outside, and can be applied to small satellites and even miniature satellites.

Waveguide coupler with echelon grating mirror and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a waveguide coupler with an echelon grating mirror which comprises a substrate, a buffer layer, a waveguide, a tapered waveguide, the echelon grating mirror and an optical fiber. A reflecting face of the echelon grating mirror is provided with echelon grating. The buffer layer is fixedly connected with the top face of the substrate. The waveguide, the tapered waveguide and the echelon grating mirror are fixedly connected with the top face of the buffer layer. The height of the tapered waveguide is equal to that of the waveguide. One end of the tapered waveguide is a narrow end, and the other end of the tapered waveguide is a wide end. The narrow end of the tapered waveguide is fixedly connected with an input end of the waveguide, and the wide end of the tapered waveguide is opposite to the reflecting face of the echelon grating mirror. The optical fiber is arranged vertically and arranged above the echelon grating mirror, and an output end of the optical fiber is opposite to the reflecting face of the echelon grating mirror. The waveguide coupler is capable of enabling the optic fiber and the waveguide to achieve high-efficiency coupling and provided with high alignment tolerance. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a preparation method of the waveguide coupler. The preparation method is simple and compatible with a metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) technology.
