metabolite spectrogram can fully reflect comprehensive influence in aspects such as
nutrition, individual and environment and timely and sensitively reflect correlation among animal
spermine nutrition and
metabolism conditions thereof as well as intestinal development. According to the method, biological markers related to the intestinal spermine nutrition process can be screened, the intrinsic quality of the spermine nutrition process is disclosed, the method has important theory and practice significance for perfecting digestive absorption functions of the animals, optimizing the feed formula and improving healthy growth of the animals, and the gaps that the overall nutrition
metabolism conditions of animal intestinal development cannot be evaluated by combining with the metabonomics and the animal intestinal development cannot be improved are filled. Moreover, the
research result proves that the method has actual application values in breeding industry.
