By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the mutation status of the metabolite of the patient with the lung cancer can be generally and comprehensively reflected, and the serum specificity metabolite spectrum can be applied to early diagnosis of the lung cancer or a beneficial technical support is supplied for prognosis.
