A feedhopper is mounted on the top of the combustion furnace, the bottom of the combustion furnace is connected with a base, electromagnetic valves are mounted at the joint of one end of the combustion furnace and the feed hopper and the joint of the other end of the combustion furnace and the base, one side of the middle of the combustion furnace is connected with an air inflow pipe, the other side ofthe middle of the combustion furnace is connected with a suction pipe, and a one-way valve is mounted at the joint of the suction pipe and the combustion furnace. The bottom of the base is connected with the exhaust pipe, one end of the exhaust pipe is connected with the carbon tank, and one end of the carbon tank is connected with the purification tank through the exhaust pipe. By means of the device, emitted contaminants can be reduced, ultralow emission is achieved, and environmental pollution is reduced. Active carbon layers are freely switched to be used, the frequency of replacing the active carbon layers in the carbon tank is reduced, the active carbon layers are replaced at a time after all the active carbon layers are used, and therefore the working efficiency is improved. The active carbon layers are easy and rapid to switch, the operation is convenient, and the filtering efficiency is unchanged.
