The manual reinforcing device comprises an expanding machine body and a sizing ring which is used for pressing a metal pipe and a plastic pipe at a port of the metal plastic composite pipe, and the sizing ring is a stretchable annular part made of metal materials; the expanding machine body comprises a taper sleeve and a plurality of movable module units arranged in an annular array, and the taper sleeve is located in an inner ring of a cylindrical structure formed by the module units arranged in the annular array; and the taper sleeve can be moved along the center line of the cylindrical structure, and meanwhile used for pushing the multiple module units to move away from each other in a plane perpendicular to the center line of the cylindrical structure to get in touch with and extrude the sizing ring located in the inner ring at the port of the metal-plastic composite pipe, until the outer diameter of the sizing ring is expanded to press the inner wall of the plastic pipe. According to the expanding machine, the port of the metal plastic composite pipe is efficiently and accurately reinforced, and the use is flexible; and through manual driving of the expanding machine body, a power unit is not needed, and the expanding machine is easy to use and operate, and saves labors.
