A battery heat management system for an electromobile comprises an internal heat exchanger, a water tank, a water pump, a water pump, a compressor, a condenser, a condenser fan, an expansion valve, an external heat exchanger for cooling and a heating device supportive of being on and off. The condenser is divided into a refrigerating agent passing area and a temperature adjusting medium passing area through baffles in collection pipes arranged at two ends; the compressor, the condenser, the expansion valve and the external heat exchanger are connected through a pipeline to form a refrigerating agent circulating loop; the internal heat exchanger, the water pump and the external water exchanger are connected to form a first battery temperature adjusting medium circulating loop; the internal heat exchanger, the water pump and the condenser are connected to form a second battery temperature adjusting medium circulating loop. Multiple circulating loops are arranged in the battery heat management system, so that switching among different circulating loops can be realized according to different environment temperatures; when environment temperature is high, the inside of a battery pack can be cooled effectively; when the environment temperature is low, temperature of the battery pack can be increased effectively, so that most proper temperature can be maintained in the battery pack constantly.
