The invention relates to a uric acid microwave biosensor based on an RFID concept. The uric acid microwave biosensor comprises a first substrate, a second substrate and a third substrate which are sequentially stacked, the first substrate is provided with a microfluid channel, the microfluid channel comprises a cavity, and the cavity is used for containing quantitative to-be-detected solution; the second substrate is provided with a metal capacitor structure, and the metal capacitor structure and the cavity are calibrated and bonded; and the third substrate is provided with a resonator module, the resonator module comprises a plurality of separation rings, and the plurality of separation rings are mutually nested to form a complementary structure. The uric acid microwave biosensor has a high quality factor, a to-be-detected solution is fixed in the cavity, so that the detection position and the solution shape are fixed, the detection sensitivity and accuracy of the uric acid microwave biosensor are remarkably improved, and a feasible scheme of close-range non-contact/wireless measurement can be provided when measurement of biosensing response is realized; and the whole detection operation is convenient and rapid, the detection time is saved, and commercialized popularization and application are facilitated.

Pressure sensor based on surface enhanced Raman scattering

The invention relates to a pressure sensor based on surface enhanced Raman scattering. The sensor comprises a substrate layer. A metal layer is arranged above the substrate layer, a cavity is formed between the metal layer and the substrate layer, holes arranged periodically are further formed in the metal layer, and micro-nano metal particle layers arranged periodically are arranged at the positions, located at the vertical projection positions of the holes, above the substrate layer. According to the pressure sensor based on surface enhanced Raman scattering, a pressure signal can be converted into an optical signal, and the pressure is detected by detecting the change of Raman scattering of the optical signal. When pressure is applied to the sensor, pressure extrudes the metal layer, and changes the height of the cavity, so an electromagnetic field generated by incident light between the metal layer and the micro-nano metal particle layer is changed. The intensity of a Raman spectrum characteristic peak is further changed. Pressure detection can be achieved by detecting the change of the Raman spectrum characteristic peak, and higher accuracy and sensitivity are achieved.
