The invention relates to a built-in
type safety valve. The built-in
type safety valve comprises a valve body, a valve blade and a spring pressure setting device. The built-in
type safety valve is characterized in that the valve blade is of a circular
barrel type structure which is upwards opened, wherein a valve blade sealing surface which is salad to a
valve seat sealing surface is arranged on the upper end surface of the circular
barrel; the spring pressure setting device is mounted in an inner cavity of the circular
barrel, and the spring pressure setting device comprises an adjusting sleeve, a
piston, a
piston rod and a spring; an inner hole of the adjusting sleeve is in sealing fitting with the outer circle surface of the
piston rod; a sealed spring cavity is formed among the upper end surface of the piston, the lower end surface of the adjusting sleeve, the outer circle surface of the
piston rod, and the inner wall of the circular barrel of the valve blade, and a spring is mounted in the spring cavity; a pressure chamber is formed between the lower end surface of the piston and the bottom part of the circular barrel of the valve blade, and the pressure chamber communicates with an inner chamber of a tank body through the center of the
piston rod and a pressure guide hole in the valve body; and the spring cavity communicates with the outer side of the tank body through
breathing holes in the
piston rod and the valve body. The built-in type
safety valve has the advantages of being long in service life, accurate in setting pressure, small in
water hammer, reliable in sealing performance, and small in mounting space.
