A method for measuring the concentration of a two-dimensional nanomaterial in a two-dimensional material suspension solution comprises following steps: (1), preparing a two-dimensional material solution with the concentration being 1-1.5 mg/ml with a discrete method; (2), adopting the two-dimensional material solution prepared in the step (1) for preparing the two-dimensional material suspension solutions with different concentrations; (3), performing a spatial self-phase-modulation experiment on the two-dimensional material suspension solutions with different concentrations prepared in the step (2), and recording radii of spatial self-phase-modulation images; (4), acquiring an empirical formula through curve fitting in combination with the radius of a diffraction ring; (5), measuring the concentration of the two-dimensional material solution with unknown concentration on the basis of the empirical formula obtained in the step (4). With the adoption of the method, the absorption coefficient of resonance absorption is not influenced by a large-wavelength scattering effect so as to be the most accurate when used for characterizing the concentration, the operation is simple, and the material waste can be avoided.
