The invention discloses a production technical method of building
gypsum with gradient utilization of
thermal energy in condensation and dust removal. A device in the production technical method includes a
raw material conveyor, a mechanically fluidized
drying and calcining device, a thermal-conductive oil
heat exchanger, a thermal-conductive
oil pump, a pipeline, a gas exhaust pipeline and a dust remover.
Industrial waste heat heats thermal-conductive oil through the thermal-conductive oil
heat exchanger. High-temperature thermal-conductive oil is circularly fed into the mechanically fluidized
drying and calcining device for providing
heat energy for production of the building
gypsum. A
raw material of
gypsum powder is fed into the mechanically fluidized
drying and calcining device from the
raw material conveyor. In the mechanically fluidized drying and calcining device, a mechanically stirring method is employed for promoting the gypsum to flow and a drying and calcining production process is completed.
Water vapor, which is generated during the production process and is mixed with a large amount of dust, is fed into the dust remover through the gas exhaust pipeline and is subjected to a dust removing process in the dust remover in a manner of condensing the
water vapor. By means of the technical scheme, clean and energy-saving production with zero discharging and gradient utilization of
thermal energy can be achieved and origin process of a by-product of industrial gypsum can be achieved conveniently.
