adaptive control method of 
elevator emergency operation, which can reduce the 
elevator cost, enables the 
elevator emergency operation to be more intelligent, adopts a smaller spare power supply in the elevator emergency operation, and has higher reliability. The self-
adaptive control method comprises the following steps of: firstly, carrying out 
short circuit on U, V, W phases of a 
permanent magnet synchronous motor, simultaneously opening band-type brakes and sliding an elevator car for a period t, wherein within the period t, a central 
control unit of an elevator detects the current of any two of U, V, W phases to obtain the car operation direction and the operation speed v1, when the v1 is within (1 / 10v0, v0), the car naturally slides to a flat 
bed; when v1 is in 1 / 10v0, a spare power supply supplies power for the 
permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the elevator car is equidirectionally driven to the flat 
bed according to the sliding direction of the elevator, or the elevator car does not move in the period t, and the spare power supply supplies power for the 
permanent magnet synchronous motor so as to drive the elevator car to ascend or descend to the flat 
bed, when v1 is more than v0, the spare power supply supplies power for the permanent 
magnet synchronous motor, and the elevator car is reversely braked to the flat bed according to the sliding direction of the elevator, wherein v0 is a rated elevator speed; and passengers come out when the elevator reaches the flat bed.
