The invention provides an implementation method of an automobile and motorcycle intelligent
traffic management system. The most basic method is characterized in two
license plates for one vehicle, a unique complete identity (two
license plates and one vehicle integration) of the vehicle is constructed, the two
license plates cannot be forged (counterfeited and embezzled) or missing (including license plate blocking). The implementation method comprises the steps that: an assumption is formed by means of internal codes of a vehicle-used RFID electronic tag (electronic license plate), a method of
system read-only memory for information such as the two license plates is constructed, information binding of the two license plates is realized, the two license plates and the vehicle are truly integrated in one by means of comparison between the two license plates and one-time use of the electronic license plate, the vehicle identity information is complete and unique; and on this basis, various types of automobile and motorcycle intelligent
traffic management can be completed by means of the
software technology, statistical technology, Internet technology,
data transmission technology and the like. The implementation method can significantly reduce the urban
traffic congestion, can basically eradicate the problems of hit-and-run,
vehicle theft, license plate faking and license plate blocking, and can assist
public security departments and state security departments in
cracking down other cases involving criminal, terrorism and specially important cases.
