Electric power steering apparatus

A microcomputer is provided with an extracting section capable of extracting a specific frequency component from an input signal. The extracting section extracts, from a pinion angle corresponding to a signal indicating a state of the steering system, a frequency component corresponding to a vibration of a steering system caused by stress applied to steerable wheels. The extracting section outputs an effective value of the extracted frequency component as a power spectrum to a second computing section. In the case that the power spectrum output from the extracting section is equal to or more than a predetermined threshold value, the microcomputer enhances a torque inertia compensation control so as to suppress vibration of the steering system caused by the stress. In other words, the microcomputer increases a torque inertia compensation amount corresponding to a compensation component based on a steering torque differential value.

Autotensioner

In an autotensioner 16 used in an auxiliary drive system A1 for a multicylinder engine 1 configured to suspend cylinder operation, a damper 24 is provided to suppress the vibration of an arm 18 by means of the viscous drag of a magnetorheological fluid (MRF). The damper 24 is provided with an electromagnet 34 which applies magnetic force to the MRF. When some of the cylinders in the running engine 1 are suspended from working, the electromagnet 34 of the damper 24 is excited in response to a signal from an engine controller 38 to apply the magnetic force to the MRF, thereby increasing the viscous drag of the MRF and suppressing the vibration of the arm 18 or a belt span 13a. In this manner, the vibration of the arm 16 of the tensioner 16 and the belt span 13a is suppressed to prevent the occurrence of an unusual sound and the loss of life of a belt 13.

In an electric power steering system, a low-pass filter executes a low-pass filtering process on a detected steering torque value detected by a torque sensor. A steering torque deviation computing unit computes a deviation ΔT between a detected steering torque value T* obtained through the low-pass filtering process and the detected steering torque value detected by the torque sensor. A PI control unit generates a vibration compensation value used to lead the detected steering torque value to the steering torque value obtained through the low-pass filtering process, by executing PI computation on the steering torque deviation computed by the steering torque deviation computing unit.

The apparatus includes a torque sensor for detecting steering torque generated by the driver for a vehicle, a motor for generating assist torque to assist the steering torque, a rotational speed detector for detecting the rotational speed of the motor, a torque controller for calculating an assist torque current corresponding to the assist torque based on the steering torque, and a damping control section for calculating a damping current to be added to the assist torque current to suppress vibrations generated in a steering system of the vehicle. The damping controller reduces a damping control gain to calculate the damping current when the rotational speed of the motor is equal to or less than a predetermined speed.

The present invention discloses a revolution vibration suppressing method for pump truck boom, comprising: detecting the vibration severity of the boom in the revolution direction; extracting dynamic characteristic parameters of the boom; calculating a control signal that can be used to control the revolving actuator to compensate the vibration severity according to the vibration severity and the dynamic characteristic parameters extracted; and driving the revolving actuator according to the control signal to move, to suppress the revolution vibration of the boom. In addition, the present invention further provides a revolution vibration suppression controller and a revolution vibration suppression device for a pump truck boom, and a pump truck comprising the device. With the technical scheme described above, the vibration of a pump truck boom in the revolution direction can be suppressed, and therefore the risk of failures of the boom is decreased and the operating safety in the work is improved.

A heat exchanger, which performs heat exchanging between a lubricating oil circulating within a transfer device disposed behind an engine and an engine coolant, also functions as a mass member of a dynamic dumper.
