The preparation method comprises: together dissolving the emulsifier, the modifier, the dispersing penetrating agent, the stabilizing agent and the auxiliary agent adjusting the pH value in water, so as to prepare a soap solution, heating to 40-70 DEG C, adjusting pH to be 1.5-3.0, heating the road petroleum asphalt to 120 DEG C-150 DEG C, and performing emulsification on the soap solution and the asphalt, so as to obtain the high-permeability emulsion for cold regeneration of the waste and old asphalt mixture. After being blended with the waste and old asphalt mixed material, the high-permeability emulsion for cold regeneration of the waste and old asphalt mixture is capable of penetrating and activating aged asphalt in the waste and old asphalt mixed material, thereby improving the effective asphalt content in the cold regeneration mixed material, and further improving the water-damage resistance, endurability and other pavement performances of the cold regeneration mixed material and realizing efficient cold regeneration of the waste and old asphalt mixed material.

The invention relates to a residual current protector, comprising a zero-sequence transformer, a detection coil, a signal regulation circuit, a logical processing module, a releaser, a test coil and a direct current power supply device. The residual current protector adopts a measurement switch, a simulation current generator, a trip sensitivity setting device and a parameter regulation resistor RS to form a device with optimized performances. A three-jointed RC phase-shifted oscillation circuit is used in the simulation current generator; and the measurement switch controls on-off of a low voltage direct current power supply provided to the RC phase-shifted oscillation circuit, and when the low voltage direct current power supply is switched on, the RC phase-shifted oscillation circuit outputs an excited signal with an alternative current sine wave form to the test coil. The power supply mode of the simulation current generator powered by the low voltage direct current power supply is optimized, and the trip sensitivity of the residual current protector under the test condition is not relevant to the set parameters of the trip sensitivity setting device and is higher than the trip sensitivity of the residual current protector under the normal condition, thereby greatly simplifying the structure of the circuit, reducing the volume of the product and improving the safe reliability and durability of the product.

The artificial neural network-based fault positioning method comprises the following steps of acquiring a fault voltage signal and a current signal of measurement points at two sides of a DC line; decoupling to obtain linear mode components; performing wavelet transformation on the linear mode components to obtain different scale signals, and solving amplitude ratio of an initial wave head; training a neural network by taking the amplitude ratio of the initialwave heads of the linear mode components of the obtained voltage signal and the obtained current signal as an input sample of the neural network and fault distance as an output sample set to form a fault distance-measurement neural network, inputting a test sample of the amplitude ratio of the initial wave heads of the linear mode components of the voltage signal and the current signal into the trained neural network to obtain fault distance; and performing result optimization by a global geometric mean optimal method. By the artificial neural network-based fault positioning method, the faultdistance measurement of the power transmission line can be achieved, and the artificial neural network-based fault positioning method has the advantages of relatively high accuracy and high transition resistance endurability.
