genetic algorithm. According to the electric system active power real-time dispatching method disclosed by the invention, the wind power prediction error is considered during real-time dispatching, power unbalance and flow off-limit brought to the system by wind 
power output offset can be avoided, and the 
safe operation of the system is guaranteed; moreover, while the wind power prediction error is assimilated, the wind power accepting ability is increased by the system.
