The invention discloses an active power 
distribution system optimization scheduling method considering 
electric energy quality improvement. The active power 
distribution system optimization scheduling method specifically comprises the steps of obtaining a 
control variable of schedulable resource from the active power 
distribution system, establishing an active power distribution 
system optimization scheduling model, and then performing initialization on power distribution network parameters, and generating a new solution vector which satisfies constraint conditions, and namely a new 
harmonic, by three ways of memory 
library searching, local disturbance and random selection; and removing the worst solution from a 
harmonic library, meanwhile, putting the new 
harmonic vector into a harmonic memory 
library, repeatedly executing the step 4 of generating the new harmonic vector, and a step 5, generating new harmonic through iteration in many times so as to update the harmonic memory library, when updating achieves the maximum iteration number of times, outputting the optimal solution, namely the harmonic with the minimum target function value, and namely, the 
optimal scheduling scheme. The active power distribution 
system optimization scheduling method overcomes the shortcoming that the existing single-target optimization method does not consider the 
voltage regulation capability of the 
distributed power supply, and is simple in principle and easy to realize.
