combustor based on pure
ammonia catalysis and a
thermoelectric conversion system thereof, and the device comprises a body surrounded by an upper wall surface, a lower wall surface and a side wall surface, and the body is provided with a plurality of splitter plates and a
tail gas baffle; the inner surfaces of the upper wall surface and the lower wall surface are coated with a
perovskite catalyst layer; the outer sides of the upper wall surface and the lower wall surface are directly attached with thermoelectric modules, and the outer sides of the thermoelectric modules are provided with cooling plates. The application optimizes the flow field and enhances the disturbance through the splitter plates, guides the
tail gas to preheat the
mixed gas by using the baffle, and reduces the reaction
activation energy by using the catalyst to assist
combustion; the high-temperature
tail gas directly heats the hot end of the thermoelectric module, and the liquid cooling plate maintains the low temperature of the cold end, thereby forming efficient
thermoelectric conversion. The application has the advantages of compact structure, high
thermal efficiency, effectively widened stable
working range of
ammonia combustion, and solved problems of small
temperature difference, low efficiency and poor
combustion stability of
ammonia fuel of the existing
combustor thermoelectric
system.
