The invention relates to a temperature monitor
system for
soldering a longitudinal joint of a cylinder of a pressure container. According to the temperature monitor
system, at least four temperature-detection probes are adsorbed to one side which is 50mm from the groove of the cylinder and is close to a
welding machine, and are respectively connected with terminal collection and
control equipment by virtue of transmitters; the terminal collection and
control equipment is connected with the power supply of the
welding machine by virtue of a three-phase
solid-state
relay. The temperature-detection probes are directly adsorbed to the cylinder by virtue of magnets, are convenient to assemble, and can be used for avoiding the situation of inaccurate temperature detection due to the fact that
welding flux is adsorbed to the surface of the cylinder; reasonable operation of field personnel can be guaranteed by means of the real-time display function and
signal light promoting function of the terminal collection and
control equipment, and the production efficiency can be improved; the whole
system can be used for in-time accurately recording and saving temperature information and
time information of pre-heating, interlamination and after-heating in the process of welding the longitudinal joint of the cylinder of the pressure container, provides basis to coherence and
traceability of welding quality, and has a great promoting effect for digital production of the whole manufacture industry.
