A complete distributed measurement of temperature distribution field temperature information around the tissue is achieved by the optical fiber temperature sensor. The full-premixing low-NOx burner comprises an air pipeline, a gas pipeline, a swirler, a mixing pipeline, a transverse cooling pipe, a longitudinal cooling pipe, a water outlet collecting box, a water inlet collecting box, a grating plate, a combustion stabilizing pipe, a diffusion hole and a gas nozzle, the gas pipeline is arranged in the interior of the air pipeline in a sleeved mode, the swirler is fixed to the outer wall of the gas pipeline, the air pipeline is arranged on the outer side of the swirler, the diffusion hole is formed in the gas pipeline at the rear part of the swirler, the gas nozzle is mounted on the diffusion hole, the mixing pipeline is connected with the air pipeline, the water inlet collecting box and the water outlet collecting box are symmetrically arranged outside the mixing pipeline, and the transverse cooling pipe, the longitudinal cooling pipe, the grating plate and the combustion stabilizing pipe are sequentially arranged in the mixing pipeline and behind the gas pipeline at intervals. According to the full-premixing low-NOx burner with the anti-explosion function, the problem that gas and air are not evenly mixed in an existing full-premixing gas burner is solved, backfire and even explosion are effectively prevented, and NOx emission is reduced.
