printing ink bubbles, and relates to the technical field of
printing ink. The method comprises the steps of taking
printing ink, designing a dispensing path, optimizing the dispensing amount and the dispensing speed, obtaining the dispensing amount through formula calculation, setting the dispensing speed and carrying out dispensing. Placing in a vacuum eutectic furnace, vacuumizing step by step to the ultimate vacuum degree, degassing, heating and curing to obtain a dispensing product; taking a dispensing product, adding the
antioxidant solution, and recording the temperature T1 and the volume V3 of the dispensing product; and water culture is conducted, vacuumizing is conducted to reach the ultimate vacuum degree, and the temperature T2 and the volume V4 of the vacuumized dispensing product are recorded. According to an
ideal gas formula, calculating the volume of bubbles in the printing ink and the dispensing product before and after vacuumizing by measuring the
volume variation of the printing ink and the dispensing product in the graduated
bottle and the separated graduated cup caused by bubble expansion under a vacuum condition; a spiral or Z-shaped path is adopted for dispensing, and air exhaust is facilitated through a continuous, one-way and non-closed dispensing path.
