destructive testing system and method for pre-stressed
concrete beams. The non-
destructive testing system comprises: a pre-stress acquisition module, a strength detecting module, an anti-seepage detecting module, a main control module, a
crack resistance testing module, and a pre-stress
simulation module, a data storage module, and a display module. The method is characterized in that: identification and intelligent analysis are performed on the strength of the concrete through the strength detecting module, and the strength of the concrete structure can be accurately determined; and the pre-stressed
tendon and the concrete unit are separately established by the pre-stresssimulation module, so that only specifying the pre-stressing force, the cross section area, the
linear expansion coefficient and the elasticity modulus of the pre-stressed
tendon can calculate the cooling value applied to the pre-stressed
tendon. According to the method provided by the present invention, the actual effect of the pre-stressed tendon is considered, and the pre-stressing effect canbe effectively simulated; and in the complex pre-stressed concrete structure, only the cooling value of the pre-stressed tendon needs to be calculated, and the calculation result is accurate and the calculation method is efficient.
