This invention provides a device for chemical
dewatering of
sludge in
wastewater treatment plants, comprising a treatment box with a
chemical tank mounted on top. A rotating base plate is rotatably connected to the bottom of the
chemical tank. Debris shovels are fixedly connected to both sides of the bottom of the
chemical tank. A support frame is fixedly connected to one side of each debris
shovel. Rolling rollers are rotatably connected to both sides of the support frame. A stirring motor is fixedly connected to one side of the chemical tank. A stirring component is fixedly connected to the
power output end of the stirring motor. The bottom of the stirring component is fixedly connected to the rotating base plate, and a drive gear ring is fixedly connected to the bottom of the stirring component. The stirring motor drives the stirring component and the rotating base plate to rotate, mixing the chemical
powder with
warm water within the chemical tank. Undissolved lumps are squeezed into an arc-shaped area by the debris shovels, while the drive gear ring meshes with the rolling gears, driving the rolling rollers to rotate and crush the lumps outwards. This ensures thorough pulverization and fusion of the chemical
powder, preventing lumps from entering the
wastewater treatment system and improving mixing efficiency and chemical
powder utilization.
