Provided are a
thunderstorm day automatic
recording system applied to a meteorological
station and a recording method thereof. The
system comprises one or more
thunderstorm day automatic recording devices and a remote
server. Each
thunderstorm day automatic recording device comprises an electrical field planar antenna, a
microphone array, a
solar cell panel, a
GPS antenna, a terminal and a support, wherein the electrical field planar antenna, the
microphone array, the
solar cell panel, the
GPS antenna and the terminal are all mounted on the support. Each
microphone array is composed of a plurality of microphones which are symmetrically and evenly distributed on a planar circular array around the support by a certain distance. The thunderstorm day automatic recording devices are in communication with a 3
G network through a 3G communication module, and meanwhile the remote
server is connected to the 3
G network through an INTERNET. The thunderstorm day automatic
recording system applied to the meteorological
station has the advantages that the happening time and the direction of thunderstorms are automatically recorded, thunderstorm data are sent to the remote
server, the starting and stopping time and the starting and stopping direction of each thunderstorm process are counted by the remote server, the year thunderstorm days in an area under administration of an observation
station are calculated, the cost is low, and simpleness and reliability are achieved.
