The invention discloses a
supercritical carbon dioxide turbine shaft seal
gas supply and leaked gas
recovery system and method. The
system comprises a compressor outlet shaft seal gas source supply pipeline, a low-temperature heat regenerator
cold side outlet shaft seal gas source supply pipeline and a shaft seal leaked gas
recovery system. According to the compressor outlet shaft seal gas source supply pipeline, a compressor outlet is connected with a high-pressure
storage tank inlet, a high-pressure
storage tank is divided into two paths, one path is connected with a shaft seal
gas supply main
pipe through an
electric heating oil heater, a regulating valve and the like, and the other path is connected with a shaft seal
gas supply desuperheater through a regulating valve and the like; according to the low-temperature heat regenerator
cold side outlet shaft seal gas source supply pipeline, a low-temperature heat regenerator
cold side outlet is connected to the shaft seal gas supply main
pipe through an adjusting valve and the like; and according to the shaft seal leaked gas
recovery system, a shaft seal leaked
gas pipeline is sequentially connected with a shaft seal leaked
gas cooler, a shaft seal leaked gas conveying pump and a
surge tank. According to the system, under different working conditions of starting, grid-connected power generation,
thermal state trip,
load shedding and the like, safe and efficient operation of a
supercritical carbon dioxide cycle generator set is achieved by switching different shaft seal gas supply sources and recycling leaked gas.
