The interference coordinate module locates in a macro base station or a central cooperation node. On the basis of the scheme of the invention, according to a load condition of a current macro cell, load conditions of small cells and the number of the small cells in the macro cell, the optimum ABS mode can be calculated, and the calculation process is very simple and fast. And, for different initial conditions of given user distribution, the cell business amount, the cell switching bias configuration and the like, the rapid-convergence optimum ABS density can be obtained, and then the optimization process is relatively smooth and stable.
