The invention relates to a stainless pulse silt-removal water-distribution device of a water circulation cooling tower, which comprises a silt discharge valve, a water-distribution head and a water-distribution pipe, wherein the silt discharge valve comprises a valve body, a valve core, a pressure regulating head, a valve rod, a locking nut, a spring and a check ring; the water-distribution head comprises a rotary body, a set screw, an adapter sleeve, a mandrel, a small sealing ring, an upper cover, a screw, a small bolt group, a base, a large bolt group and a large sealing ring; one end of the water-distribution pipe is connected with the water-distribution head, and the other end of the water-distribution pipe is connected with the silt discharge valve; the center of the rotary body is in a cylinder shape; pipe orifices connected with the water-distribution pipe are uniformly distributed on the intermediate periphery of a cylinder wall; the upper edge flange of the cylinder wall is connected with the upper cover by using the screw; rotating blades are uniformly distributed below the inner side of the cylinder wall; and the lower inner diameters of the rotating blades are in clearance fit with the excircles of the steps of the base. The stainless pulse silt-removal water-distribution device disclosed by the invention requires that the upper cover and the rotary body easily rotate around the mandrel, the rotary body is not scratched with the base, the valve body, the valve core, the water-distribution pipe, the upper cover, the rotary body and the base are manufactured by adopting metal materials, and an overflowing surface is coated with PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) materials; and the water-distribution pipe and the water-distribution head of a small-sized water circulation cooling tower are directly manufactured by adopting the PTFE materials.
