The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic proportional multi-hydraulic winch control system and a control strategy thereof. The system comprises three hydraulic winches, a load sensing pump (1), acontrol pump (2), an electric proportional overflow valve (3) and a system operational module. The three hydraulic winches are each provided with an electro-hydraulic proportional integrated controller. Each electro-hydraulic proportional integrated controller comprises two-way cartridge valves V1, V2, V3 and V4, an operational amplification module MK, a two-way working hydraulic motor MT, two-position four-way electromagnetic directional valves V5, V8, V11 and V14, three-position four-way electromagnetic proportional directional valves V6, V9, V10 and V13, an overflow valve V7, an overflow valve V12, a hydraulic pump pux and a hydraulic pump puy. The control strategy comprises three working conditions including rising, median stop and falling of the hydraulic winches. According to the electro-hydraulic proportional multi-hydraulic winch control system and the control strategy thereof, central pumping station multi-winch hydraulic control energy consumption is further reduced, and multi-winch high-precision collaborative operation is further achieved.
