The variable-speed rotating mechanism comprises a first frame and a drive belt, two drive parts axially parallel to each other and opposite in position are rotatably connected to the first frame along the axis direction, each drive part comprises a cone-frustum-shaped rotating body arranged on the first frame, each cone-frustum-shaped rotating body is provided with helical blades, the drive belt sleeves the twodrive parts, and each end of the drive belt, close to each drive part, is connected to the rotating body of the drive part in an abutted manner. The variable-speed rotating mechanism has the advantage that the radius of the drive belt on the two drive parts changes continuously, and then variable-speed rotation of the drive parts is achieved.
