During slicing, a double-shaft motor is used for driving a rocker to rotate, a sliding block connected with the lower end of a
crank slides on a guide rail, a blade achieves the telescopic effect, and the
reciprocating motion of the blade is accelerated or slowed down by adjusting the rotating speed of the double-shaft motor so as to control the thickness of a pileus piece.
