naphthylacetic acid and
sugar are added, so that a lot of
test tube seedlings can be formed after 30-60 d; rooting culture: transferring the test tube seedlings to an MS or B5 medium in which 6- benzylamino adenine,
naphthylacetic acid and
sugar are added, so thata lot of roots can be formed after 20-50 d, and the
transplanting field
survival rate of the culture seedlings reaches 80% or above.The method uses the
lotus root stem tip as the xplant to establisha
lotus root detoxification rapid propagation
system with a propagation coefficient of 8-20, which can obtain a large number of
virus-free seedlings without variation, the
virus-free seedlings have the
transplanting survival rate of 80% or above.and strong growth potential, the quantity of seeds used can be greatly reduced, and the seedling transportation is facilitated, thereby solving the problems in the prior art.
