A multi-touch capacitive touch sensor panel can be created using a substrate with column and row traces formed on either side of the substrate. To shield the column (sense) traces from the effects of capacitive coupling from a modulated Vcom layer in an adjacent liquid crystal display (LCD) or any source of capacitive coupling, the row traces can be widened to shield the column traces, and the row traces can be placed closer to the LCD. In particular, the rows can be widened so that there is spacing of about 30 microns between adjacent row traces. In this manner, the row traces can serve the dual functions of driving the touch sensor panel, and also the function of shielding the more sensitive column (sense) traces from the effects of capacitive coupling.

Inductive transfer methods and structures combine, in a single system, at least two of the three functions of transferring power, communicating data, and sensing position with a vehicle on a guideway. A set of conductors is installed on the guideway to inductively couple a multiplicity of diverse signals with a corresponding set of conductors on the vehicle. Embodiments provide a plasma processing apparatus, substrate support assembly, and method of controlling a plasma process. The apparatus and substrate support assembly include a substrate support pedestal, a tuning assembly that includes a tuning electrode that is disposed in the pedestal and electrically coupled to a radio frequency (RF) tuner, and a heating assembly that includes one or more heating elements disposed within the pedestal for controlling a temperature profile of the substrate, where at least one of the heating elements is electrically coupled to an RF filter circuit that includes a first inductor configured in parallel with a formed capacitance of the first inductor to ground. The invention discloses a touch display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch display device includes a touch screen base plate and a pixel array base plate, and further includes a first shielding layer and a second shielding layer. The touch screen base plate includes a touch control structure layer and output leads of the touch control structure layer (including drive electrode leads and induction electrode leads); the pixel array base plate is provided with a pixel array and peripheral leads of the pixel array; the output leads of the touch control structure layer and the peripheral leads of the pixel array are overlapped in the light transmitting direction; the first shielding layer is arranged between the drive electrode leads and the peripheral leads of the pixel array; and the second shielding layer is arranged between the induction electrode leads and the peripheral leads of the pixel array. The shielding layers reduce the parasitic capacitance between the peripheral leads of the pixel array base plate and the output leads of the touch control screen base plate, avoid the condition that drive electrodes and induction electrodes of the touch screen are coupled through the parasitic capacitance, and further improve the SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio).

Disclosed are vertical memory devices and methods of manufacturing the same. The vertical memory device may include includes a substrate, a gate stack structure and channel structure on the substrate, and a charge trap structure between the gate stack structure and the channel structure. The gate stack structure includes conductive structures and insulation interlayer structures that are alternately stacked on each other in a vertical direction on the substrate such that cell regions and inter-cell regions are alternately arranged in the vertical direction. The channel structure penetrates through the gate stack structure in the vertical direction. The charge trap structure and the conductive structures define memory cells at the cell regions. The charge structure is configured to selectively store charges. The charge trap structure includes an anti-coupling structure in the inter-cell region for reducing a coupling between neighboring memory cells adjacent to each other in the vertical direction.
