The invention relates to a high-yielding and propagating Corbicula fluminea culture method. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, selecting a propagating culture area, which is required to be far away from shipping thoroughfares and estuaries for water intake and drainage and cannot be a settled fish spawning site in a lake; secondly, carrying out purse seine in the selected propagating culture area, and controlling the area of a purse seine to 3hm<2> to 5hm<2>, wherein the purse seine should meet the requirements on preventing cultured fishes from escaping and preventing natural enemy fishes of Corbicula fluminea outside the purse seine from entering, and the height of the purse seine should be higher than the highest water level of the culture area over the years by at least 50cm; thirdly, selecting waveless weather, and carrying out fish eradication by adopting a ground cage and netting method; fourthly, carrying out young Corbicula fluminea stocking: selecting Corbicula fluminea, of which the shell length is 0.5cm to 1.2cm, the individual weight is 0.5g to 1g and the number per kilogram is 1,500 to 2,200, as offspring, and carrying out soaking for 10 to 20 minutes in a 2% to 4% common-salt aqueous solution before stocking for disinfecting; fifthly, stocking propagating fishes: selecting Hypophthalmichthys molitrix and Aristichthys nobilis as propagating culture fishes; and sixthly, strengthening daily management. The method disclosed by the invention is simple and is obvious in economic efficiency.
