The invention provides an 
optical fiber beam combining structure. The 
optical fiber beam combining structure comprises a central 
optical fiber, a plurality of input optical fibers and a beam combiningcoupling and device, the beam combining and 
coupling device is composed of two parts, the centers of the two parts are respectively provided with a through semicircular hole, the two through semicircular holes are combined to form a through hole penetrating through the beam combining and 
coupling device, and the size of the through hole is matched with the size of the inner cladding of the central optical 
fiber; the beam combining and 
coupling device is sleeved on the outer surface of the inner cladding of the middle section of the central optical 
fiber through the through hole and is fixedlyconnected in a 
sintering manner; and the plurality of input optical fibers are arranged in parallel with the central optical 
fiber, tightly surround the central optical fiber for a circle, and are vertically welded with the pumping energy input surface in a tapering-free manner. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the optical fiber beam combining structure and a 
laser. According to the invention, the 
tapered beam combining and coupling device is adopted, so that the shape damage caused by directly tapering a plurality of input optical fibers is avoided, and the 
optical fiber transmission performance is improved.
