intron region of IGFBP7, namely PAV16; the invention further proves that the SV has
enhancer activity and can influence the
gene expression of IGFBP7 in bovine precursor fat
cell subtypes to regulate and control fat deposition, and the SV variation sequence can be used as an important target in
beef cattle breeding and provides necessary materials for breeding
beef cattle groups with high
economic benefits.
