The invention discloses a constant-current driving electronic transformer, which is arranged outside a lamp. The electronic transformer is connected to the outer side of the lamp and connected with a high-frequency switch and a control circuit and a voltage-converting circuit through an alternating current/direct current rectifying circuit at the same time. The voltage-converting circuit is connected with an output rectifying circuit.
