The invention discloses a pungent litse fruit residue bio-organic fertilizer, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 70 parts of pungent litse fruit residues, 10 to 30 parts of soybean straws, 10 to 20 parts of traditional Chinese medicine residues, 10 to 20 parts of melia azedarach leaves and 4 to 8 parts of a microbial agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) crushing the pungent litse fruit residues, the soybean straws, the traditional Chinese medicine residues and the melia azedarach leaves by using a crusher to obtain a mixed material; (2) adding the mixed material obtained in the step (1) and the microbial agent into a fermentation tank for fermentation; (3) controlling the temperature of the fermentation tank at 30-50 DEG C, stirring the materials in the fermentation tank once every two days during fermentation, and removing the fermented liquid after fermentation to obtain a fermented fertilizer; and (4) drying the fermented fertilizer in a drying agent, and cooling to obtain the pungent litse fruit residue bio-organic fertilizer with the water content of 9-12%. The organic matter content and the total nutrient content of the pungent litse fruit residue bio-organic fertilizer meet the standard requirements of bio-organic fertilizers, soil can be improved, insects can be effectively killed, and the crop quality can be improved.
