The invention relates to a mobile high-point
red light running snapshot
system and method. The
system comprises a movable base, a telescopic rod, an imaging device, an
edge computing device and a power supply communication module. The imaging device is mounted at the top of the telescopic rod; the movable base comprises a trundle set, a supporting leg and a
brake switching mechanism, and the
brake switching mechanism drives a lever to be in linkage with the supporting leg through a spiral
brake, so that the movable base is switched between a movable state and a parking state. The telescopic rod is connected with the movable base and used for adjusting the erecting height of the imaging device. The
edge computing device is connected with the imaging device and the power supply communication module and used for executing
vehicle detection,
signal lamp
state recognition,
red light running event judgment and
evidence synthesis. According to the scheme, through the design of the movable base and the telescopic rod, rapid deployment and flexible transition are achieved, the law
enforcement efficiency and the
system stability are improved in combination with the
edge computing device, the construction cost is reduced, and the method is suitable for traffic monitoring of temporary or limited intersections.
