The invention discloses a high power mini laser package which structurally comprises a laser diode (LD) pump light source, a laser module (such as a Green module) formed by a laser crystal and an optical frequency doubling crystal, a reflector, a potential difference (PD) feedback device, an output filtering sheet, a semiconductor cooler (TEC) and a cooling fin. The high power mini laser package is characterized in that a metal tube casing serves as a bearing platform of elements which are fixed on the bearing platform, the elements are packaged in a laser protective tube casing, the LD pump light source with the PD feedback device is arranged on a lateral wall of the metal tube casing in array, the laser module is installed on the metal tube casing to be parallel to a light propagation direction, and the laser module respectively aligns at each luminous point of the LD pump light source. The reflector and the metal tube casing are placed in 45 degrees, the PD feedback device is arranged below the reflector, and the output filtering sheet is vertical to the metal tube casing to be placed at the other end to form a high power laser array structure. Compared with the prior art, the high power mini laser package has the advantages of being low in cost, small in size, simple in structure, convenient to adjust and maintain, good in stability and the like. The high power laser array structure can greatly improve work efficiency, so that the high power mini laser package is suitable to mass automatic production.
