The invention relates to an efficient recyclable solid-liquid separation method for industrial wastewater, which comprises the following specific steps: S1, collecting wastewater; S2, enabling the wastewater to pass through a vibrating screen; S3, layering the wastewater, namely, dividing the wastewater subjected to impurity removal into upper-layer liquid and lower-layer concentrated sludge through a corresponding separation mechanism, controlling the suspended matter concentration of the upper-layer liquid to be 1000ppm or below, and controlling the water content of the lower-layer concentrated sludge to be 96% or below; and S4, performing solid-liquid separation, comprising: S41, sending the upper-layer liquid to filter pressing equipment for solid-liquid separation, recycling the separated filtrate, and intercepting suspended matters; and S42, feeding bottom sludge, and conveying the lower-layer concentrated sludge with the water content not exceeding 96% to the filter pressing equipment for continuous solid-liquid separation operation. According to the invention, slurry and cleaning water can be effectively and comprehensively recycled, the recycling efficiency and the recycling effect can be effectively and greatly improved, and the cost consumed by recycling can be effectively reduced, so that enough economic benefits are generated, and the resource utilization rate is improved.
